Tucson Luxury House continue to improve in November. There was a 21% decrease in Luxury Homes for Sale over 2010 with 252 Luxury homes on the market. Nine homes over $900,000.00 sold in November a 13% increase over 2010. The best news median price of luxury homes was $1,250,000.00 for the month which is a 23% increase from a year ago.
